You can find us right at the EVR Road Junction in Tiruchirappalli. We occupy spaces 24 and 25 over on Rajaram Salai. It's a busy part of town, and that keeps us on our toes most of the time. We started Newsilverstar to handle international business from right here in Trichy. There's always a lot of traffic outside our door, and inside it's often much the same with all the different orders coming in. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the day-to-day work of trading. Sometimes the paperwork for international shipping gets a bit complicated, but we've gotten used to it over the years. The staff here has been around for a bit and we know the local area really well. Being near the junction makes it easy for people to find us, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes. We deal with various types of products, depending on what our customers need at the time. It's a practical business. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone. If a shipment is going to be late, we just say so. We're regular people trying to run a decent business in Tamil Nadu. The office is functional, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we need. We've built up some good connections over the years and we're glad to be here.
