Naavaai International

We've been at No:95 on Madurai Road for a while now. It's a busy spot in Manaparai. Folks around Poonalaipatti know us. We started this place because we saw a need. It wasn't anything fancy at first. Just a small building and a couple of us working long hours. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we keep at it. We deal with international stuff, which sounds big, but it's just us handling boxes and paperwork. We try to get things right. Sometimes the shipments are late or the weather in Madurai makes things slow. We just handle whatever comes through the door. People ask how we do it, but there isn't a secret. You just show up and do the work. The office isn't much to look at, but it functions. We have coffee in the mornings and plan the day. It gets loud when the trucks go by. We've known the neighbors for years. If someone needs something moved or sourced from far away, they come find us. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We don't spend money on fancy signs or ads. Word of mouth is how we get by. It’s just how things are done here in Manaparai. We’re usually here until late if there’s a big order. That's about it really. Just a regular business trying to stay busy and helpful to the people who rely on us.
