M.S.M.Travels

You will find us on A.M. Road in Srirangam. It is a very busy part of the city, and we have been here in Trichy - 620006 for a long time. M.S.M. Travels is basically just a small local shop. We handle different travel needs, mostly car rentals and bookings for people who live nearby. The office itself is quite small and usually filled with stacks of paper and an old computer. We don’t have a huge, flashy sign out front, just a simple one with the name. A.M. Road is lined with many different shops, so there are always people walking past our door. We like to leave the front door open to get some air, even though it means a bit of dust comes in from the street. We spend most of our hours coordinating with the drivers and making sure the schedules are correct. It isn't a fancy job, but it keeps us very busy. Srirangam is the kind of place where most people know each other, so many of our customers are people we see every day. We don’t do any real advertising. We just try to be straight with people about the timing and the costs. Sometimes things don't go as planned, like a vehicle breaking down or heavy traffic on the highway, and we have to spend time fixing the day's schedule. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to keep the office running and the cars on the road. It's just a normal day for us.
