If you know Crawford Main Road, you probably know where Kalavani Towers is. We are right there on the first floor, occupying units 143 and 2. It’s a busy part of Trichy, especially with all the shops and people moving around Crawford Colony. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and talking on the phone. Travel stuff can get complicated with all the dates and different places, so we just sit here and try to sort it out for whoever comes in. The office is a bit crowded sometimes when a few families show up at once. We’ve got some chairs for people to wait, though. Usually, there’s a bit of tea going around or someone is out getting snacks from the shops downstairs. It’s not a quiet library, but we like the energy of the street outside. Being on the first floor gives us a decent view of the traffic. Sometimes the rain comes down heavy and we have to make sure the windows are shut tight because the wind blows right toward the towers. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, we just want to get the job done right so people can get where they need to go. Working in travel means things change fast, so we stay busy.
