Mohan Arts

Mohan Arts has been around for a while now, tucked away at No 8 in the Alena Complex. We are right on Vayalur Road in Ammayappa Nagar. If you know where the Geetha Nagar bus stop is, then you've probably passed our place a hundred times. It’s a small shop, but we’ve got a lot packed into it. Trichy is a city with a lot of culture, and we try to reflect that in the work we do. We mostly deal with backdrops, signs, and the artistic side of events. There’s usually a bit of paint on our hands or dust from cutting materials. It’s a messy job sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making things from scratch. We don't use fancy computers for everything; a lot of it is still done by hand. The neighborhood is friendly and we know most of the people who walk by every day. When someone comes in with an idea, we sit down and talk it through over some tea. It’s not a corporate environment here at all. We just want to make sure the colors look right and the decorations stay standing. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, especially during wedding season, but we stay late to finish up. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Our work usually speaks for itself when people see it at a function or a local gathering in the city.
