The name says Bangalore, but we are actually down in Trichy on Antoniyar Kovil Street. It is a busy little street in Tamil Nadu. Our address is No 32 176, and we have been at this location for a while now. The street is named after the church nearby, so it is quite easy for people to find us once they get to the right neighborhood. The weather in Trichy is almost always hot, so we have the fans going from early morning until we leave at night. The building is a typical town structure, nothing too fancy or modern. We occupy a couple of rooms where we handle our daily business. Outside, there is always some noise—scooters buzzing by, people talking, and the occasional festival procession from the temple or church. We have grown used to the background noise over the years. Inside, it is just us doing our paperwork and managing our local tasks. We do not have a big staff here, just a handful of people who know the routine. We often go to the small shops on the street for our coffee breaks. The local coffee is great and keeps us going. We do not put up a lot of posters or try to look like a big corporation. We just focus on getting the work done. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we make it work. It is a very local, down-to-earth way of doing things.
