We have been operating out of L-380 in the Police Colony area of Annanagar, Trichy for several years now. It is a small, quiet spot tucked away from the main noise of the city, which suits us just fine. Most of the people living around here in Tamilnadu know where we are if they need something electronic fixed or are looking for a specific spare part. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. We have a simple counter and shelves that are usually overflowing with various components and half-finished projects. I often find myself buried in wires and circuits under the hum of an old ceiling fan that has seen better days. Trichy weather can be quite tough, so that fan is a lifesaver most afternoons. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. Instead, we have a workspace where we actually get our hands dirty. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids come by to peek in, or the local police officers drop in for a chat. I usually open the shutter around ten in the morning after having a cup of tea at the stall nearby. If you see the lights on late at night, it just means I'm trying to finish a repair that’s been giving me trouble. It’s just a local business run by people who live right here in the colony. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth from the neighbors keeps us busy enough.
