Marg Ltd

Right on Ammamandapam Road in Srirangam is where Marg Ltd is set up, specifically at number 80/101. This is a very traditional part of Tamil Nadu, and the atmosphere around the office reflects that. Since we are close to the river and the temple areas, there’s a lot of movement on the street outside. We have a basic office setup that covers everything we need. It’s not one of those glass-and-steel buildings you see in the tech parks. It’s a solid, practical building that keeps the rain out and gives us a place to work. Inside, we have our desks arranged in a way that lets us talk to each other without having to get up. We have a lot of old ledgers and files because we like to keep physical copies of things. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because the dust from the road can get inside sometimes. We don't have any fancy perks or a breakroom with snacks. We just bring our own lunches and eat at our desks most days. The pace of life in Srirangam is a bit slower than in the big cities, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to do our daily work well and be part of the community here. It’s a quiet, steady kind of existence for all of us.
