We focus on the local land and what we can develop there. Most of our team is from around here so we don't need a map to find our way around the backstreets. We spend a lot of time on the phone with painters, plumbers, and electricians. It's a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone shows up at the right house at the right time. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to spend the whole day fixing a mistake, but that’s just the nature of development. We try to be fair and just do the work we promised.
