Our office is located at No.1 in State Bank Colony, over in the Geethapuram area of Srirangam. Srirangam is usually a quiet place, though it definitely gets crowded whenever there is a festival at the temple. We work on property development, which mostly means we spend our time visiting different sites and talking to contractors about things like bricks, cement, and timelines. It can be quite dusty work when we are out in the field. We have been based here in Trichy for a good number of years now. This office is where we keep all our project plans and the folders full of files. It is not a massive corporate operation, just a few of us making sure the buildings are going up the way they should. Sometimes the local weather makes it a bit hard to get much done outside, but we manage to stay on track. We are not doing anything fancy here, just regular building and development work. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and we have gotten to know most of the people living nearby. We spend our mornings looking at maps or checking on the workers at various locations. A lot of the job is just coordinating between different people and making sure the supplies show up on time. Most of the day is spent handling local issues or dealing with the city paperwork. It is a regular local business where we know our neighbors and do our tasks.
