Our office is situated over in Karupagoundan Puthur, specifically in the East part near Thanthonimalai. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but we are at Door Number 27 in Sri Thirupathy Nagar. We work on housing and infrastructure projects around here. It’s a lot of site visits and checking on how the ground looks. The sun gets really hot out here during the day, so we try to get the outdoor stuff done early. We aren't a huge team, just enough of us to keep the wheels turning. We have been focusing on this area for a while because there is a lot of room to grow. Sometimes the paperwork for the land takes forever and it gets frustrating. We just sit in the office and try to sort it out one page at a time. It’s a practical kind of job. You see a lot of dirt and bricks before you see a house. We like being in this part of Tamil Nadu. It feels real. People stop by to ask about plots or how the building is coming along. We don’t have any slick brochures, just the plans on the table. Sometimes we make mistakes on the schedule, but we fix them and move on. It’s just how things get built in the real world.
