Sun Pharma

Sun Pharma is situated on Bilal Streey in Labbaikudikadu. It is a quiet street for the most part, which is nice when you are working with medicines and prescriptions all day. Most of the people who come to see us live nearby in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time looking at labels and making sure everything is stored at the right temperature because the heat around here can be quite something. The shop isn't very big, but we have enough room for the counters and the storage racks in the back. Labbaikudikadu is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, so we end up chatting with the people who drop by for their regular supplies. It is not just about handing over a package; it is about listening to what they have to say. Sometimes the delivery vans take a while to find us on Bilal Streey, especially if they are new to the area. We keep a ledger for everything we do because it is easier to track things that way than relying on a computer all the time. The ceiling fan runs all day long to keep the air moving. We stay open until late in the evening because that is when most people are heading home from work and realize they need something. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much of a break. Every day is pretty much the same routine.
