King Express

King Express is located at 29 Main Road in the Srirangam area. We are right near the Srirangam Department Store, which is a big landmark around here. Everyone knows where that is. Being on the Main Road means there is a lot of foot traffic. Our office isn't very large, but it's enough for us to manage the travel business. We have a few benches outside where people sometimes sit and wait. Trichy is famous for the temple nearby, so we get a lot of people asking for directions as they pass by. We just try to be helpful. Inside, it’s mostly just files and a phone that rings quite a bit. We don't have any professional decorators; the walls are just plain, and we have some photos of the family and the vehicles we use. Tiruchirappalli Ho is our home, and we like being part of the Srirangam community. The street can get very crowded during festival times, so we have to adjust our schedules then. We don't really use much marketing. Most people find us because they were already shopping at the department store or they live nearby. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever needs a ride. It’s a honest day’s work for us. We try to keep things organized despite the chaos of the main road. The department store nearby usually helps people find our exact door number without too much trouble.
