Our office and facility is located at No. 6 Royal Road in the Cantonment area. It’s been our base for quite some time. Dealing with a private hospital setup means there’s a lot of paperwork and people to manage. Every day starts with a handover between the night staff and the morning crew. We use the space we have to accommodate the different wards and the admin sections. The Cantonment is a recognizable spot for most folks around here. We aren't doing anything flashy. It’s mostly about managing schedules and making sure the supplies are stocked in the cabinets. You’ll see the staff moving through the corridors with clipboards or pushing carts. The lobby gets busy around mid-morning. We try to keep things orderly, though it can get a bit chaotic when several people arrive at once. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years while we stayed put on this corner. It’s a lot of routine work, checking vitals, updating records, and talking to vendors about equipment. Nothing about it is particularly glamorous, but it’s what we do. We have a lot of local staff who live nearby and walk to work. It’s just a part of the daily life on Royal Road. We keep the doors open and the staff ready for whatever the next shift brings in. We spend a lot of time checking the monitors and making sure the electricity backup is working fine in case the power goes out, which happens sometimes. It’s just how we keep things running.
