Jason Ladies Hostel

I run this hostel over in Kumaran Nagar, right behind Arasan Sweets on Vayalur Road. It’s a simple place for women who need a spot to stay while they work or study in Tiruchirappalli. We’re at number 6, First Cross. It’s a quiet enough street most days, but close enough to the main road that you can get a bus or a ride easily. The rooms are basic—beds, some storage, and enough light to read or do work. I try to keep the place safe and tidy for everyone. We have a bit of a routine here. Breakfast in the morning, everyone heads out to their jobs or classes, and then it gets quiet until the evening when they all return. It’s not a hotel, so don’t expect room service or anything like that. It’s more like a big house where everyone has their own space but shares the common areas like the kitchen or hall. I’m usually around if someone loses a key or needs something fixed in their room. We have water and electricity, and I do my best to make sure the tanks are full and everything is running okay. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is back and talking at once, but that’s just life in a hostel. It’s a practical setup for someone on a budget who needs a safe place. No big frills, just a decent roof and a door that locks.
