Our place is at No 23 Christ House, located on 6th Street in Annai Nagar. It’s in the Trichy Cantt area, but it feels a bit quieter than the main roads. Christ House is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. The office is on the ground floor. It’s a small space where we keep all our files and some computers. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We spend the morning sorting through emails and checking on bookings from the day before. The afternoon is usually for people walking in. Since we are in a more residential part of the Cantonment, we see a lot of the same faces. We might sit and talk about the weather or local news for a few minutes before getting down to the travel details. The room can get a bit stuffy when the sun hits the window, so we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, not like those high-pressure offices in the city center. We handle everything from bus tickets to longer trips. We have a small table where we keep some water for anyone who comes in. It’s just us working away in this quiet corner of Annai Nagar, doing what we know how to do every day.
