Jainulabedeen & Co

Our place, Jainulabedeen & Co, is located right on 9 Madurai Road in the Palakkarai area. It's a busy part of town and we’ve been part of the landscape here for quite some time. We handle various goods and supplies that people in this neighborhood need for their daily work. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that, just a regular building where we get things done. The traffic on Madurai Road can be a bit much sometimes, especially when we are trying to unload supplies, but we manage. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and stacks of items. We know a lot of the people who come in by their first names because they’ve been coming here for years. We don't spend money on fancy websites or big signs. We just focus on keeping the shop running and making sure we have enough stock for the next day. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we know where everything is. It’s a family-style environment here. Most of us have been working together for a long time. If you walk past Palakkarai, you’ll likely see us busy with something. We just try to be helpful to whoever stops in. It’s a simple life running a business on this road. We appreciate the regulars who keep us going. We are just here doing our thing every day, no more and no less.
