Heibo Nuts & Spices

We have been here at Baba Towers on Shastri Road for a while now. Most people in Tennur know the spot, it is right in F 24. We deal with nuts and spices every day. It gets busy when the shipments come in, and the smell of cardamom and pepper is always hanging in the air. We spend most of our time sorting through the bags to make sure everything looks right before it goes out. It is just a small operation with a few of us working the counters and the back room. Sometimes the traffic on Shastri Road makes it hard to get the trucks in, but we manage. People stop by to pick up what they need for their cooking. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. It is just a practical place where we keep the stock organized. The shelves are usually full of different bags and containers. We try to keep things tidy, though it gets dusty with all the dry goods around. Sometimes we have to move things around just to make space for a new arrival of black pepper or cashews. If you are walking through Tennur, you’ll see our sign. We just focus on getting the spices packed and ready for whoever needs them. It’s simple work, really. Most of our day is spent weighing things out and talking to the regulars who have been coming here for years. We just keep doing what we do at F 24.
