Green Super Market

We are located at 66, By Bass Road in Manaparai. It is a convenient spot because it is right on the main road, so people can stop by easily while they are traveling. The shop is usually busy in the mornings and then again in the evenings when everyone is getting home from work. We sell all the regular things you would expect like rice, pulses, snacks, and some household items. It is not a giant store, but we try to keep the essentials on the shelves so people do not have to go too far. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late, and we have to wait around to unload everything. I spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure things are not expiring. It is just me and a couple of others working here. We know most of the faces that come through the door because they live nearby. The floor needs sweeping a lot because of all the dust from the road outside. We do not have any fancy displays or bright flashing lights. It is just a simple supermarket. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of customers at once, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and serve whoever comes in. It is a lot of repetition, scanning items and bagging things up, but it is a steady living. We just want to make sure the locals have what they need for their kitchens.
