You can find us at Shop No. 1 (D) in Kupeer Plaza. We are right on the Trichy Main Road, which is always noisy with buses and bikes going past all day. Fudosan Indo Private Limited isn't a massive operation with glass walls and suits. It’s just a shop where we handle property stuff. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking to people who walk in looking for a place to rent or buy nearby. The plaza is an old building, and our spot is right there on the ground level. We’ve been here for a bit now, getting to know the shopkeepers next door and the regulars who pass by. Dealing with land and buildings involves a lot of back-and-forth, so we stay busy with the local files. Sometimes the fan in the shop makes a bit of noise, and the dust from the main road comes in, but we like being where the action is. Most people find us just by seeing the sign when they are stuck in traffic outside. We don’t do big ads. It’s mostly just people telling their cousins or friends to come talk to us. We keep our records in the back and have a couple of desks out front. It’s simple. Trichy Main Road is the heart of things here, so staying put in this shop makes sense for us. We just take it one day at a time, looking at what's available in the market.
