Friends Travels & Trading

Friends Travels & Trading is located at 72/26 in the Rock Fort area, right in the middle of Chiindamani Bazaar in Trichy. This is a place where there is always something happening, with vendors yelling and people moving about from early in the morning. We have a small office that handles both travel arrangements and various trading activities. It’s a bit of a mixed bag, but that’s how we’ve always done it. The shop is filled with papers and the sound of people talking. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us working together to keep things running smoothly. Being in Chiindamani Bazaar means we are right in the thick of it, which is good for business but also means it gets very loud and dusty at times. We’ve been here for many years and have built up a lot of relationships with the other shopkeepers in the area. We don’t use any complicated systems or fancy marketing strategies. We just rely on being here every day and doing what we say we will do. People know they can come in and talk to us directly without having to go through any automated machines or fancy receptionists. It’s a very hands-on way to run things, and it suits us just fine. Some days the trading side is busier, and other days it’s all about the travel side. We just take it as it comes and stay until the work is done.
