Krishna runs the show here at Iyyappa Nagar in Trichy. The address is Old No 4, New No 12, on Manigandan Street. It is a quiet residential street, so it is a bit different from the usual industrial zones. We focus on infrastructure projects, and a lot of what we do is tied to the L&T By-pass area over in Coimbatore. This means someone is always on the road between Trichy and Coimbatore. The office is basically just a room in the house where we’ve squeezed in a few desks and a filing cabinet. It is a bit crowded, especially when the field staff comes in for meetings. We started this because we saw a lot of work needed doing and we had the experience to do it. We don't use any of that corporate talk or have long meetings about goals. We just look at what needs to be built and we figure out how to do it. The Trichy heat is no joke, so we usually have the fans going full blast all day. Most of our guys have been with us for a long time. We handle everything from the initial planning to getting the materials to the site on time. Sometimes the logistics of moving stuff to the bypass are a bit of a nightmare, but we manage to get through it. We are just a small local team trying to stay busy.
