Rane Brake Lining Ltd.

We are Rane Brake Lining Ltd., specifically Plant- 4. We are situated in Sethurapatti Village, near the Fatima Nagar Post. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, away from the main city buzz and the crowded streets. Our daily routine involves a lot of manufacturing and keeping the heavy machines running correctly. It’s a factory environment, so things often get noisy and a bit dusty throughout the shift. The people working here are mostly from the nearby villages and have been with us for years. We’ve been operating out of this Sethurapatti site for quite some time now. It's a large space because of the nature of the work we do every day. Dealing with brake linings is heavy, physical work. We have shifts starting very early in the morning when it's still cool outside. It isn't always a pretty sight, and the floors get dirty with use, but that's just part of the job. We aren't here to give sales pitches or talk about fancy goals. We just focus on meeting the production numbers and making sure the parts are ready to be shipped out. The road to Fatima Nagar Post is what we use every single day to get into work. It's a very practical setup for a plant like this one. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can. It’s what we know how to do.
