Our office is just at No. 6. It is a small place, nothing too big to look at from the outside. We have been working on land and buildings for a while now. It is mostly just us sitting around the desk, looking at maps and plans for the local area. People come in to ask about plots or where the new roads are going. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the area really well. We have seen a lot of changes in the local neighborhoods over the years. We spend a lot of time out on the sites, walking the ground and checking the boundaries. It is not always easy, especially when the weather is bad or there is a lot of paperwork at the office. We keep things straightforward. If someone wants to know about a piece of land, we tell them what the situation is. No big speeches or sales pitches. We just know the local land. The office is usually quiet unless a neighbor drops by for a chat. We have got some old files and a lot of pens that do not always work. It is just a normal way to earn a living. We focus on the local spots we know best. Being at number 6 has been good for us. We just keep doing what we do every day. No complications, just the usual routine of checking plots and talking to people.
