Eta Travel Agency

Our place is No 41 in the Tabs Complex on Bharadhidasan Salai. We are right opposite the Child Jesus Hospital in the Cantonment area. Eta Travel Agency is the name we use. Being in Tiruchirappalli Ho, or Trichy - 620001, means we are right in the thick of things. The hospital across the road is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We have been in this complex for a good while. The office is usually full of papers and files. We don't worry too much about being perfectly tidy as long as we can find what we need for the customers. We handle travel bookings and stuff like that. It’s a lot of repeating the same tasks every day, but we don't really mind. We get to talk to all kinds of people from different places. Some are in a hurry and some want to sit and chat for a while. We just go with the flow. Eta Travel Agency doesn't have a big marketing department. We are just a small team. We try to be honest about prices and schedules. If something is delayed or changed, we just say so. Bharadhidasan Salai is a very busy street, so there is always noise from the buses and cars outside. We just sit here and do our bit. It’s a straightforward business. We like being in the Cantonment area because everything is close by. We just do the work.
