Manaparai is a unique town, and we are right in the middle of it at the PVSA Complex, unit 5/1. If you head to the south side of the Mariyamman Kovil, you’ll see where we are. Being near the temple means there are always people around, especially during festival times when the whole area gets packed with visitors. Our office at Dr Singh Air Travels is where we handle flight bookings and travel papers. It’s a small place, but we keep it organized. Manaparai is famous for its snacks, so we often have a bag of murukku sitting on the desk for whoever drops in. We spend a lot of time explaining visa rules and flight schedules to people who are planning to go abroad for work or to visit family. It’s a lot of detail work, and you have to be careful with the names and dates. The complex can get a bit noisy with all the other shops, but we like being part of the local buzz. Trichy is about an hour away, but we serve the local community right here so they don't have to travel to the city for every little thing. We are just a small team of regular people. We don't have a corporate handbook; we just talk to people like neighbors. It’s been our way of doing things for a while now, and it seems to work out just fine for everyone.
