Dolphin Air Services Pvt Ltd is located in the Sundaram Arcade. We are on the second floor, in unit 13A. This is on Williams Road, right across from the Central Bus Stand in Trichy. Being so close to the bus stand means it’s a very high-traffic area. There’s always people moving about outside. Our office is a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but it gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street level. We handle air services, which mostly involves us sitting at our desks and navigating through different booking systems. It’s not a very big office, but it’s enough for what we do. We have some old computers and a printer that gets a lot of use. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when more than a couple of people come in at once, but we make it work. We spend our hours checking routes and prices for people. It’s steady work and we don't try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It’s just about getting the tickets right and making sure the names are spelled correctly on the forms. We’ve been at Sundaram Arcade for a while and like being part of the bustle of Williams Road. When we aren't busy with customers, we are usually checking the latest travel updates online. It's a simple, honest way to make a living in the city.
