Denz Auto Equipments

Denz Auto Equipments is based at 11 A, Ag Flats, on the 3rd floor in West Thillai Nagar. It might seem a bit odd to run an auto parts business from a third-floor flat, but we have made it work for us over the years. Space is at a premium, so being organized is the only way we can find anything. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with mechanics and car owners who are hunting for specific parts. Getting the heavier equipment up and down those stairs can be a real workout, though we’ve developed a good system for it. West Thillai Nagar is a great neighborhood, and we enjoy being a part of the local scene here. We don't have a big glass storefront to attract people; they usually find us when they know exactly what they need for their vehicles. Our records are a mix of old ledgers and a computer that has seen better days, but they get the job done. It’s just a few of us working here, and we really know our inventory inside and out. Marketing plans aren't something we spend time on. We would rather focus on sourcing the right parts and getting them to the people who need them. It’s a practical, no-frills setup that keeps us busy from morning until night every weekday and Saturday.
