You can find Dasarathan & Co on the 3rd floor of the Srinivasa Complex in Thillai Nagar, Trichy. Being up on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the Annamalai Nagar area, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. The stairs can be a bit of a workout, but it’s our daily exercise. Trichy can get really hot, so the office is our little refuge where we try to keep things organized. It’s a typical commercial complex vibe, with other businesses nearby and the sound of footsteps in the hallway. We’ve been at No 2 for a while, and the space has become quite familiar to us. There’s a specific way the sun hits the desks in the afternoon. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate buzzwords. We just show up, sit down, and handle the paperwork. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. It’s a practical environment. We have our favorite spots for lunch around Thillai Nagar, and we know most of the people who work in the building. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady and honest. We take pride in just doing what we say we’re going to do without making a big production out of it.
