Conchem Technologies, also known for Neonpaints, is located at 44-F on Kandy Street. We are right inside Mangalambika Stores in Srirangam. Trichy is a busy city, and being near the Srirangam Boys Higher Secondary School means we see a lot of students and parents passing by every day. Our shop is a bit of a mix, part store and part office. We deal with paints and chemicals, so there is always that smell of fresh paint in the air. It’s a local business through and through. We don’t have a corporate headquarters; we just have our spot on Kandy Street. People come in looking for specific colors or things to fix up their houses. We spend a lot of time mixing shades and talking to customers about what they need. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy with all the cans and brushes, but that’s part of the work. Srirangam is a tight-knit community, so we know most of the people who walk through the door. We aren’t trying to be some big national chain. We just want to provide the right paint for the people in our neighborhood. It’s simple, honest work. The school bell rings, the traffic moves along, and we just keep doing what we do. We've been here for quite some time now, and we've seen many businesses come and go. Kandy Street is our home.
