The office itself is basically just a converted apartment space. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. We have our files in the back and a few desks in the front area where we meet with people. We do chit funds, so it’s all about the monthly cycles and making sure everyone is on track. The apartment has good light, but it can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of records to go through. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people know they are at the right door. It is a very practical setup. We spend our time making calls, updating the ledgers, and talking to the people who walk in. Most of our clients live right here in Trichy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our daily work and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward life and we like it that way.
