We are located up on the third floor at No. 101/2, right on the 5th Cross in Thillai Nagar. If you know Trichy, you know Thillai Nagar is a pretty active spot. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the street below. We work in the pharmaceutical sector, dealing with various medicines and distribution. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking stock levels. The lift in our building is a bit slow sometimes, so we often end up taking the stairs if we are in a hurry. Our office is a mix of desks and storage for samples. It isn't the most modern place, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten to know the other business owners in the area. Trichy is a good city for this kind of work because it’s well-connected. We spend a lot of time making sure our records match up with what’s in the warehouse. It’s honest work. We don't have a PR department or anything like that. When someone calls, they usually just talk to one of us directly. We try to be helpful and get the job done without too much fuss. Sometimes the power goes out, but that’s just life in a busy city like this. We just wait for the generator to kick in and keep going until the day is done.
