We operate out of No.14 in Crawford Colony, right here in Tiruchirappalli. Aishalaya Realtors Private Limited is a name we’ve worked under for quite some time now. It’s a busy city, but our little corner of the colony stays relatively calm most mornings. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and talking to folks about where they might want to live. It isn’t always easy work, and there are days when the heat makes you want to just stay inside with the fan on. We aren't into those big shiny advertisements you see in the city center. We prefer just talking to people face to face. We know Tiruchirappalli inside out, every shortcut and every new development. Being at No.14 gives us a good base to work from. There’s always someone coming in or going out, checking on progress or asking about some piece of land. We try to be honest about how things are going. If there’s a delay, we say so. If something is ready, we let people know. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We’ve built up a bit of a routine over the years. We start early, stay until the work is done, and try to make sure everything is in order. It's just us, working hard in Crawford Colony, trying to keep the business running smoothly without any unnecessary fuss or bother. Sometimes the computer acts up or the printer runs out of ink right when we need it, but we manage somehow.
