Sms Travels& Realestate

Our place is right by the Mariammankovil in Woriyur. It's a busy part of Trichy, especially during festival times when the streets are full. We do two things here, travel and real estate, which sounds like a lot but it just happened that way over the years. Sms Travels& Realestate is mostly just me and a couple of others trying to keep things organized. In the mornings, I usually open up and sweep the front while people start coming in for bus tickets or asking about plots of land nearby. Woriyur is an old area, 620003 is the pin, and everyone kind of knows everyone else. The real estate side of things involves a lot of walking around looking at sites and talking to owners. Then the travel side keeps the phones ringing. It gets a bit noisy with the temple crowds and the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any fancy brochures or big marketing stuff. People just know we are here. Sometimes it gets stressful when two people want the same car or a land deal gets complicated, but we just sit down and talk it through. The office isn't anything special, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We’ve been here in this spot for a good while and don't plan on moving. It's just a regular local business doing what we can every day to keep things moving along.
