Lakshmim Saraswathi Textiles

Lakshmim Saraswathi Textiles is located at No. 225. We do not have a big fancy street name to give you, just the number. It is a small place, really. We have been doing this for years. Textiles are in our blood. The workspace is simple. We have our shelves and our tools. It is not the kind of place you would see in a magazine. It is just where we work. We do not have many employees. It is mostly just family and a couple of helpers. We know our customers by name. They come to No. 225 because they know they will find us there. We do not use much technology. Most of our records are in books. It is just easier for us that way. The building is old, but it keeps the rain out. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a job. We do not mind. It is just part of the routine. We do not make big promises. We just show what we have. If people like it, they buy it. If not, that is okay too. We have seen a lot of changes in the textile world, but we just keep doing things our way at No. 225. It is a steady life. We do not ask for much more than that. Just simple work for local people. It gets a bit hot in summer.
