Srivai & Company is located at 47, Neivilai in Srivaikuntam. We’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s a small, simple business, and we like it that way. Neivilai is a quiet neighborhood, and we are just a part of the daily scene there. Our office at number 47 is not very big. It’s often a bit messy with paperwork and old files, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big team or anyone in a fancy suit. It’s just a few of us who have been working together for years. Most of our customers are local people from Srivaikuntam who know us by name. We don't spend money on ads or social media. We just rely on the fact that people know where we are and what we do. The work isn't always easy, and sometimes the heat makes the days feel very long. We don't have a mission statement or any corporate goals. We just want to do a decent job and keep the doors open. We talk to everyone who walks in like they are a neighbor, because they usually are. It’s a slow-paced life, and we don't feel the need to rush things. We just take the orders as they come and handle them the best we can. It’s home to us and we have no plans to be anywhere else.
