St. Luke'S Hospital

Located in Rongpuria, St. Luke'S Hospital is a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the bigger places in the city. The road leading up to us is a bit bumpy, and you might miss the turn if you aren't looking for it. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the building shows its age in a comfortable sort of way. There’s a big tree near the entrance where people often wait or talk on their phones. Inside, the ceilings are high, and it can feel a bit chilly in the rainy season, so we keep some extra blankets around. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just have a few people who handle the phones and the walk-ins. The schedule is pretty much the same every week, and we all know what to expect when we walk in at eight in the morning. Sometimes the delivery trucks for the medicine arrive late, and we have to shuffle things around, but that’s just how it goes. The patients who come here are usually from the surrounding area, so we end up hearing a lot of stories about what’s happening in the town. It’s a very grounded place. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people; we just try to explain things in plain English. It’s just a community hospital in Rongpuria, doing its best to stay organized every day.
