Being in a bunglow gives the office a different feel than a typical commercial building. It’s a bit more personal and less stiff. We work on finding placements for people, which means we spend a lot of time talking to folks about their skills and what they are looking for in a job. Digboi is a unique place with its own history, and we feel lucky to be working here in Muliabari. The office has plenty of windows so we get some good light while we are going through files. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people shouting into headsets. We just take one person at a time and see what can be done. Sometimes the tea break lasts a little longer than it should because someone started a good conversation. We don't use a lot of fancy software to sort through people; we mostly just remember names and faces. The bunglow is easy to spot once you are in the Muliabari area. We have been doing this for a while and have seen many people come through these doors. It’s a steady kind of work that keeps us busy throughout the week. We keep things honest and don't make promises we can't keep. The desks are a bit old but they serve us well for our daily meetings.
