Ramdhenu Tea Trading

We are out in Parbatia Gaon Village, which is a bit of a way into the Tinsukia district. If you’re looking for us, Ramdhenu Tea Trading is near Bolda Nagar. It’s a green area, very quiet compared to the main town. Being a tea trading business in Tinsukia means you’re always surrounded by gardens. The air usually feels a bit damp, especially in the monsoon months when it rains for days. We spend a lot of time checking the bags that come in from the estates nearby. This is just a small operation run by local folks. We don’t have any big city offices. Our workspace is mostly just a place to store tea and keep the books. You can hear the birds and the occasional tractor passing by. It’s a slow pace of life here. We get to know the people we buy from and the people who buy from us. It’s more about the handshakes and the talk than anything else. Sometimes the tea is a bit different from week to week, but that’s just how nature works. We don't try to change it too much. We just take what the land gives and pass it on. It’s been our way of life for a long time now. We're just a village business doing what we've always done in this corner of Assam, keeping things practical and honest. It's a simple living.
