Om Industries Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 31 in the Tinsukia Industrial Estate. We are right near the DIC office, which is how most people find us. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks and the sound of machines coming from all the different sheds. Our place is no different. We have a large open area where the main work happens, and it can get quite loud when everything is running at once. The floor is concrete and usually has some marks from moving heavy stuff around. We have a small corner blocked off for the office work, but most of the action is on the floor. Tinsukia can get quite humid, so we keep the big doors open for air. We started out here because it was a good spot for an industrial unit. We know the other folks working in the estate, and we sometimes share tools or help each other out when a machine breaks down. It’s not a fancy corporate setup; it’s a factory where people work hard and get their hands dirty. We have a routine of checking the machines in the morning and making sure everything is ready for the day's tasks. It’s a straightforward operation, and we just focus on making what we need to make and getting it out the gate.
