Monoranjan Food Products

We’ve been over here on Tibintra Balugodda Road for a while now. If you head down Sabjibari Lane in Tinsukia, you'll find our bakery stuff. It’s a busy little spot, especially in the mornings when things are coming out fresh. We just handle the food products like bread and basic snacks people need. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular bakery setup. Sometimes the lane gets crowded with the vegetable market nearby, but that’s just how it is here. Most people around the lane know where we are. We start early, usually before the sun is even fully up, to get things ready. It’s a lot of work, keeping up with the dough and the ovens, but we’re used to the heat by now. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just walk in or stop by because they're already in the area for their daily shopping. The address is pretty straightforward if you know the Sabjibari area. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the baking done. It’s just me and a few others working here most days. We've seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the lane stays the same. If you’re ever walking past the old market, you might smell what we're making. It’s just honest work. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the shop and the products. We just do our best to stay busy.
