Mayank Tea

Mayank Tea is out in Rangpuria Village, which is served by the Kaptanchuk Gaon Post Office in the Itakhuli Tehsil. We are way out in the Tinsukia District, surrounded by a lot of green and not many big buildings. Life out here is pretty simple and revolves mostly around the seasons. We spend our days working with tea leaves, making sure they are handled the way they should be. It’s a local operation, mostly just folks from the village helping out. We don’t have any big fancy equipment or a polished office. It’s just a workspace that gets the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the roads get difficult after a big storm, but we manage. People in Rangpuria are hardworking, and we try to be the same. We don’t use any big words to describe ourselves because we are just a small part of the Tinsukia tea scene. We’ve been at this address for quite some time, and it’s where we feel most comfortable. The air is humid and smells like earth and tea most of the year. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. There isn't much more to tell about us. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide tea from our little corner of the village. It is what it is.
