Jai Hind Jalpan

Our place, Jai Hind Jalpan, is tucked away on the 2nd floor of Jai Hind Tower here in Tinsukia. It's not the easiest to spot from the street if you aren't looking up, but once you find the stairs and come up, you'll see we have a decent little setup. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s mostly locals who stop by for a quick bite or some tea during their break. We don't have a big marketing budget or flashy signs. We just open the doors every morning and get things ready for whoever walks in. The 786125 area is where we've spent most of our days. Being on the second floor means it stays a little quieter than the ground level, which is nice when the market gets crowded downstairs. We keep the tables clean and the food coming out as fast as we can manage. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, nothing corporate about it at all. We might run out of something on a busy day, or the fans might be a bit loud, but that’s just how it is. People know what to expect when they come to Jai Hind Tower. We appreciate the folks who make the effort to climb the stairs to visit us. It's a simple life here, just serving the community we know well. We don't try to be anything we're not or pretend to be fancy for the sake of it.
