You can find us here in Tinsukia, specifically operating out of Subhas Dey’s premises. Tinsukia is a busy town, and we’re glad to be a part of it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with some desks, computers, and a lot of files. We focus on life insurance, which means we spend a lot of time talking to people about their future plans. It’s serious work, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We aren't trying to sell anyone something they don't need; we just explain the options available. The humidity in Assam can be a bit much for the paperwork sometimes, so we have to be careful with how we store everything. We’ve got a small team here who grew up around this area. We know the people and we know how things work in this part of the state. Most days, it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional visitor coming in with a question about their premium. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If you walk in, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. We try to keep things simple and direct. Dealing with insurance is complicated enough without us adding more layers to it. We just do our jobs, keep the records updated, and help out the local folks when they need it.
