We're based over at the Dev Hotel Fort View, near the tanki. It’s a recognizable spot because of the view of the fort nearby. Tikamgarh Land & Housing Developers is really just a group of us working on local housing and land deals. We share space with Jyoti Kumari DevJu's place. It’s a casual setup, not like those big glass offices you see in the movies. We sit down, have some water, and talk about what needs to be done with the land we're looking at. Tikamgarh has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that. We don't have any big promises, just the goal of getting houses built and land sold to people who need it. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, but that's just the way it is with land and housing. We know the area well and can tell you which parts are growing. Being near the fort is nice because it reminds us of the history here while we work on the future. People come by when they are looking for a place to build or just to ask for some advice on local property. We aren't fancy, and we don't pretend to be. It's just us, working on local projects and trying to make sure things go smoothly for whoever we're helping out. We deal with the daily grind of zoning and construction so our neighbors can have a roof over their heads.
