We are Woodies Homes Private Limited. Our office is located at Villa-5C in the Skyline Kingsmead Villas complex. This is right in Thrissur, with the pincode 680004. Being in a villa complex makes our workspace feel a lot more like a home than a cold office building. We think that fits what we do, which is focusing on homes and living spaces. We are a private limited company, but since we work out of Villa-5C, it’s a very small and tight-knit environment. Thrissur is a great city to be in, and the Kingsmead area is quite nice and quiet. We have our computers set up in the villa, and that’s where all the work happens—or at least where all the emails get sent out. We don't have a big sign out front or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just us working on home-related projects. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most of our days are spent coordinating with different people and making sure things are on track for our clients. We don't use fancy marketing language or try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just people who know a thing or two about houses and property. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep in a project. It’s just how it goes when you’re doing something you’re actually interested in. We like the quiet of the villa complex. It helps us focus on our work without too many city distractions. It's a simple setup.
