We are based out of a small office at Kmc Xx 281 B in the Theerthankarapadanekkad area. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the address, and even harder for delivery drivers to find us sometimes. The location is tucked away from the main thoroughfares, which means it stays relatively quiet throughout the day. We have been in this spot for a while now, and the office has slowly filled up with various bits of equipment and old furniture we’ve picked up. It’s not a polished environment by any means. There are stacks of papers on most desks and the coffee machine in the corner has seen better days. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew or anything like that; we just tidy up after ourselves when things get too messy. Most of our days are spent working through whatever tasks are on the schedule. We don't have a lot of meetings or formal presentations. Usually, we just shout across the room if we need to discuss something. The building is older, so the floors creak a bit when you walk around, but it has a nice feel to it. We aren't looking to move to a fancy glass building anytime soon. This place suits us just fine for the kind of work we do. It’s a bit rough around the edges, much like the way we operate, but it gets the job done. We value being in a real neighborhood where we can actually see what’s going on outside.
