Our office is not a glass building; it is a regular house in the neighborhood where we keep our documents and meet with contractors. Living and working in the 671541 area means we are right in the middle of the local life. We spend a lot of time on the road, visiting different sites across the panchayath and making sure everything is moving along. Construction is hard work, and there are always little problems that pop up, like a late delivery of sand or a machine breaking down. We just deal with those issues one by one without making a big fuss about it. The team is just a handful of us who know the local geography and the people.
