Wd Relief Medicals Llp is based in the Kootilingal Complex in Ottupara. We’ve got space on both the ground floor and the first floor, which helps because we have a lot of stock to move around. Wadakkanchery is a good place to be, and our location at 10/658 and 10/659 is pretty easy to find if you know the complex. We’ve been operating here for some time now. It’s a practical setup. The ground floor is where most of the action happens, and we use the top floor for storage and the paperwork side of things. We aren't trying to be the biggest medical shop in the state. We just want to be the one that people in Ottupara can count on. The staff here are locals who know the area well. We talk to our customers about the weather or the local news while we help them find what they need. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don’t have fancy lighting or expensive displays. It’s just shelves, boxes, and a counter. Sometimes it gets a little dusty with all the boxes, but we try to keep it clean. We're just here to do a job and help the community get their medical needs sorted. There isn't much more to it than that. We open early and stay until the work is done. It’s a simple life, but it suits us and the people who visit us often for their supplies.
