Wadakkanchery Dhanam Nidhi Limited is located at Door No.26/14 in the Ritsika building. We are over in Parlikkad, which is a part of Thrissur that most locals know well. The office is pretty straightforward. We have desks, chairs, and all the files stacked up where we can find them. Working here means meeting a lot of different people every day. Some people have been coming to us since we first opened the doors. We handle the usual things you’d expect from a Nidhi company, like small deposits and helping folks out with loans when they need a bit of extra cash for a wedding or home repair. It isn’t glamorous work, but it is necessary for the community. We don’t go for flashy ads or big promises. Usually, someone just hears about us from a neighbor and walks in. We spend our time sitting at the desks, going through the accounts, and making sure every rupee is accounted for. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how life is in Thrissur. We like the pace here. It’s not too fast, and we have time to actually talk to the people who walk through the door. Keeping things local makes a big difference. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the books balance at the end of every month. It's a small team here, so we all help out with everything.
